Yes- The Evaluation fee you paid for the account you completed is fully refundable when you receive your fourth payout. If you breach your account before reaching your fourth payout it is not refundable.
This applies only for Instant Funding , 1-Step and 2-Step plans.
All membership, activation and reset fees are non-refundable.
