Consistency Rule Explained

Updated yesterday

The Instant Funding Plan includes a consistency requirement designed to promote steady, controlled trading. Please review the information below carefully before you begin.

A consistency threshold of 20% is applied to all Instant Funding accounts. This means that no single trading day may account for 20% or more of the total profit generated during the current payout cycle.

If your highest-profit trading day reaches or exceeds 20% of your accumulated profit for that period, you will not be eligible to request a payout. You must continue trading until your total profits increase enough that your best day represents less than 20% of your overall gains.

Does violating the 20% rule breach or terminate the account?

No. Exceeding the 20% limit does not result in an account breach. It only delays your ability to withdraw profits. You must continue trading until your overall profit grows and the percentage contribution from your top-earning day falls below the 20% threshold.

Example

If you earn $1,000 in profit on your best trading day, that amount cannot exceed 20% of your total profit.

To meet the requirement, your total profit for the period would need to reach at least $5,000, allowing the $1,000 day to represent no more than 20%.
